Sem si danes prebral še plan za ferrari,maserati in fiat in so zadeve postavili kar optimistično. Še lancia ostaja do nadaljnjega, sicer samo v Italiji. Fino bo, ko pride novi bravo, panda ter punto. Najprej bo res samo fl, ampak, na cesto bodo prinesli svežino, ki jo že pošteno manjka.

drugace pa ce bo vsaj 1/4 uresnicenega bom vesel..

Pa tista analogija Croma v 164 transformacija ni lih čist res, tolk velik tut nimata skupnega.

Res je vse je isto.
Samo ko so themo poslal v zid vsi italjani....perfecto. Inženirji saaba pa so se samo za glavo držal. Baje.

Drugače pa 164 Q4 je za leto 1993, top šit zadeva.

Fiat Targets Doubling Profit by 2018 on Upscale Models

Fiat SpA (F) laid out plans for 55 billion euros ($76.6 billion) in investments to transform Alfa Romeo, Maserati and Jeep into global brands and more than double profit in the next five years.

The Italian automaker today forecast 2018 earnings before interest and taxes within a range of 8.7 billion euros to 9.8 billion euros, compared with 3.5 billion euros last year.

Chief Executive Sergio Marchionne, 61, unveiled the goals today during an investor presentation in Auburn Hills, Michigan, that also included boosting yearly deliveries 61 percent to 7 million vehicles in 2018. His program envisions expanding model offerings and production capacity at Alfa Romeo, Maserati and Jeep to make them into nameplates that can attract customers from Beijing to Berlin to Boston.

“Today we bring all the various pieces of the mosaic together,” Marchionne said. “It’s a courageous plan that in several respects represents a major break with the tradition of the past.”

The push marks a critical step in the CEO’s decade-long effort to turn Turin, Italy-based Fiat into a carmaker big enough to challenge General Motors Co. (GM), Volkswagen AG and Toyota Motor Corp. (7203), following the completion of the purchase of the rest of Chrysler Group LLC in January. VW, the world’s second-biggest carmaker, is targeting sales of more than 10 million vehicles in 2014, while Toyota, the global sales leader, is forecasting deliveries of 10.32 million.
Quarterly Results

The need for the reorganization was underscored today after Fiat reported a 1.4 percent decline in first-quarter earnings. Trading profit fell to 622 million euros, missing the 854 million-euro average of five analyst estimates compiled by Bloomberg.

Fiat dropped 10 cents, or 1.2 percent, to 8.47 euros at the close of trading today in Milan, prior to the release of the quarterly results and 2018 group targets. The stock has surged 42 percent this year, valuing the Italian manufacturer at 10.6 billion euros.

The Alfa Romeo effort is the most aggressive, with plans to invest 5 billion euros through 2018 to bring out eight new vehicles and increase deliveries more than fivefold. Fiat’s expansion is focusing on rebuilding Alfa, which became a cultural icon with the 1960s film “The Graduate.” The marque has the potential to help drive profit for the group, in the same way that Audi does for VW, by commanding higher prices than mass-market models with the Chrysler, Dodge or Fiat badges.
Rebuilding Alfa

Alfa Romeo, which will develop new rear-wheel-drive and four-wheel-drive vehicles, aims to boost sales to 400,000 in 2018 from 74,000 last year. The automaker, which will continue to build all its models in Italy, will begin rolling out the new vehicles at the end of 2015 when a new midsized car comes to market. Alfa will ditch the current Mito compact as part of the overhaul.

Maserati will increase annual deliveries more than fourfold by 2018 to 75,000 and expand its model offerings to six, including adding the Alfieri sports car, shown this past March in Geneva. The brand aims to more than triple revenue in the next five years to more than 6 billion euros. Maserati will invest more than 2 billion euros to push growth.

Jeep aims to more than double deliveries by 2018 to 1.9 million sport-utility vehicles, with the number of dealers worldwide rising 28 percent to 6,023. The brand, which last month received approval to begin production in China, aims to eventually produce SUVs at 10 factories in six countries.
Slow Process

Marchionne is also planning to boost sales at the group’s mass-market brands, with the Fiat nameplate’s annual deliveries set to rise 27 percent to 1.9 million in 2018 and the Chrysler badge more than doubling to 800,000.

“The problem is powerpoint presentations are a lot easier than real life,” said Harald Hendrikse, a London-based analyst with Nomura Holdings Inc. “These brands need a huge amount of work to get where they need to be. The world changes very slowly and you have brands at the bottom of the pile in many regions. It’s not going to happen overnight.”

Fiat will also need to come up with the money for the investments laid out today against a backdrop of mounting debt, which the automaker forecasts will rise to 10.3 billion euros by the end of the year after the acquisition of Chrysler. Available liquidity at the end of 2013 was 22.7 billion euros. The carmaker said today that it’s keeping open its financing options, while ruling out a capital increase before 2018.

The CEO targets completing the merger of the Italian and U.S. carmakers by the end of 2014. The new entity, named Fiat Chrysler Automobiles NV, will have its main stock listing in New York while it will be registered in the Netherlands with a fiscal domicile in the U.K. for tax purposes.

Fiat started accumulating Chrysler stock in 2009 as part of a rescue of the U.S. carmaker following the global recession. Without the division, Fiat would have been unprofitable in 2012 and 2013 because of losses in Europe.

Petletni načrt Fiatovega koncerna
Marchionne: Fiatov koncern bodo reševale nove alfe in nizkocenovni fiati

Fiatov koncern želi v petih letih prodajo povečati za 400 tisoč vozil letno. Pri tem stavijo na osem novih modelov alfe romeo, nizkocenovne fiate in večjo veljavo jeepa.
Predsednik Fiatovega koncerna Sergio Marchionne je predstavil petletni načrt, s katerim bi se italijansko-ameriški navezi Fiata in Chryslerja uspelo izvleči iz rdečih (Fiatovih) številk in se na lestvici globalne prodaje približati največjim imperijem, kot so Volkswagen, Toyota in General Motors.

Marchionne je ob tem napovedal, da bo ostal na čelu koncerna vsaj še do leta 2018.

Alfa Romeo z novimi osmimi modeli
Marchionne je potrdil ambiciozne načrte za Alfo Romeo, ki bo dobila osem novih modelov. Sredi leta 2015 lahko pričakujemo limuzino giulia, ki bo dimenzijsko podobna BMW-jevi seriji 3.

Med novostmi bosta tudi dva nova crossoverja, poslovna limuzina na dimenzijski ravni BMW serije 5, svoje zgodbe pa zato ne bo nadaljeval mito.

Do leta 2018 naj bi globalna prodaja Alfe Romeo z današnjih 74 tisoč poskočila na 400 tisoč vozil letno.

Fiat tudi z nizkocenovniki na ravni Dacie
Fiatova znamka bo ukinila modela sedici in bravo, zato pa je Marchionne potrdil različico crossover fiata 500, ki se bo po napovedih imenoval 500X.

Prihodnje leto bo Fiat začel predstavljati dodatne modele, med katerimi bosta tudi družinska kombilimuzina in karavan.

Na osnovi pande naj bi Fiat takrat predstavil tudi manjšega SUV, ki bo skupaj z limuzino in karavanom predstavljal osnovo Fiatove nizkocenovne ponudbe za odgovor na vse uspešnejšo prodajno zgodbo romunske Dacie.

Fiat ob tem napoveduje tudi prihod "posebnega modela". To bi bil lahko športni avtomobil, ki ga Torinčani razvijajo skupaj z Mazdo na osnovi njihove nove MX-5. Očitno se bodo uresničile napovedi, da ta skupni model na italijanski strani ne bo oplemenitil ponudbe Alfe Romeo, temveč Fiata.

Fiatovo prodajo želijo odgovorni z današnjih 1,5 milijona povečati na 1,9 milijona vozil letno.

Bo Jeep povečal prodajo za petino?
Koncern prav tako pričakuje 20-odstotno rast prodaje Jeepa, pri katerem se zanašajo na novega majhnega crossoverja renegada, novo generacijo grand cherokeeja in zamenjavo kultnega wranglerja.

Vsako leto novi ferrari, Maserati potrdil alfierija
Fiat je spremembe napovedal tudi na ravni svojih prestižnih športnih znamk. Tako bo Ferrari vsako leto predstavil nov model (dodatne različice obstoječih modelov, kot so FF, F12 berlinetta, in novega 458), pri Maseratiju pa so potrdili serijsko proizvodnjo športnega kupeja alfieri.

"Brera, 159, Spider so čudoviti avtomobili, ki pa niso imeli "zgodovinske genetike znamke". Tako vsaj pravi Wester."

A se ni prav to pisalo v preteklosti češ da je Wester sodeloval pri razvoju M serije pri BMW nato pa presedlal v FIAT in da naj bi tedaj z modelom brera,159,spider zadeve dvignil na višji nivo... Naj se raje oni malce v marketing usmerijo pa začnejo promovirat znamko in porihtajo zastopništva v tujini katerih stanje in storitve so baje porazni.

Težko bi torej imel karkoli z BMW-jem. Tudi pri modelih 159, Brera in Spider ni bil udeležen. Njegov prvi avto je za znamko je 4C, Giulietta in MiTo sta bila narejena pred njegovim prevzetjem znamke.
