te dni toliko kličem na AT, da so me verjetno že siti.
Imam vprašanje - kaj vklaplja ventilatorje pri AR 166 2.0TB V6?
Ali ima stikalo na kilerju ali to dela kaj drugega?

Najbrž so te res siti. Zakaj bi ti dajali informacije ... pripelji k njim pa bo.
Napisal bom toliko kot vem.
Dvostopenjska hitrost ... nekaj je na samem kilerju poleg ventilatorja.
Senzor temperature je mislim da zelo blizu termostata v tulki.
Najbrž pa za vklop skrbi relejna elektronika. Laično.

WATER PUMP
It is the centrifugal vane type, with an aluminium alloy pump casing and phenolic resin impeller.

It is mounted on the cylinder block/crankcase and driven by the crankshaft via a Poly-V belt.

THERMOSTAT
Fitted on the gearbox side cylinder head, it has the task of keeping the engine at the optimum temperature:

at a temperature of < 87 ± 2° C the (closed) thermostatic valve directs the coolant directly towards the pump
at a temperature of > 87 ± 2° C the (open) thermostatic valve directs the coolant towards the radiator.
Mounted on the thermostat, there is the coolant temperature sensor connected to the fuel injection control unit ( See subassembly 1056 PETROL INJECTION SYSTEM ).

Connection to the climate control system
When the climate control is switched on, the compressor absorbs power from the engine.

In idle conditions, the control unit adapts the air flow rate to the new power requirements, with the advantage of maintaining optimum driveability.

The control unit excludes the compressor:

beyond a certain engine coolant temperature threshold (117° C);
during starting.

Control of the electric fans
The control unit controls the switching on of the electric fan in accordance with the coolant temperature:

temperature for switching on 1st speed 95° C
temperature for switching on 2nd speed 102° C
If the air conditioning system is switched on then the control unit switches on the 1 st fan speed.

In the absence of the coolant temperature signal, the control unit activates the recovery function and switches on the fan 2 nd speed until the error disappears.

Before the fans are operated, the idle speed is adjusted through an increase in the variable air flow rate for the fan to be activated.

Bom kratek:
Ventilatorja na hladilniku upravlja krmilni modul njega pa si delita motorni računalnik in klimatronic!

A imaš mogoče kakšno bolj specifično vprašanje glede tega sistema?
